I should be a polar bear, but it's impossible...

A Louis XVI Carved & Gilt Beechwood Boudeuse (a sofa or settee, usually upholstered, having two seats with a common backrest between them) circa 1780, sold for $7,500 recently at Doyle.

I am feeling the need for a French moment.  If only I had another room to completely decorate in the French 18th century style.
